Rina Foster is an experienced product development and project management professional with a diverse background in the beauty and retail industries. Currently serving as Associate Manager of Product Development - Liquids at Helen of Troy, Rina previously held the position of Senior Project Manager of New Product Development at World Product Solutions, where responsibilities included spearheading product concepts, directing cross-departmental communication, and improving operational efficiencies. Rina's expertise extends to customer relationship management, strategic planning, and collaboration with research and development teams, having also held roles at L'Oreal, Project Retail LLC, ANN INC, and Peter Thomas Roth Clinical Skin Care.
