William Jacobs

William Jacobs is a seasoned engineering and program management professional with over 25 years of experience in leading product development initiatives and managing cross-functional teams. Currently serving as a Sr. Program Manager at Helen of Troy since November 2019, William oversees new product development programs for medical devices. Previously, William held various engineering leadership roles at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc., including Director of Brewer Engineering, where contributions led to the successful launch of over 10 products, substantial cost savings, and improvements in product quality. William's career began in the US Navy as a Nuclear Mechanical Operator, where expertise in plant operations and maintenance was honed. William holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and completed advanced training at the Nuclear Power School.
