Conor Helfrich currently serves as the Vice President of Business Operations at Helfrich Brothers Boiler Works, a family-owned commercial boiler company established in 1948 and based in Lawrence, MA, focusing on the engineering, fabrication, and installation of boiler components for utilities and renewable energy sectors. Conor completed an MBA with concentrations in Energy, Entrepreneurship, and Family Business at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School from July 2020 to May 2022. Previous professional experience includes roles as a Senior Associate at Cushman & Wakefield and an Associate at Newmark Knight Frank, along with earlier positions as a Brokerage Intern at both Newmark Grubb Knight Frank and Cushman & Wakefield, as well as internships in public relations and private wealth management. Conor earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Tufts University, attending from 2012 to 2016, and graduated from Lawrence Academy in 2012.
