Tj Hoeck

TJ Hoeck has over a decade of experience in the manufacturing and engineering sectors, currently serving as a R4 Production Engineer at HELGESEN since June 2011, where responsibilities include new job introductions, fixture design, and the implementation of technologies aimed at enhancing productivity. Prior to this role, TJ was an R4 Production Technician, focusing on shop productivity and continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S implementation. Earlier experience includes welding and metal fabrication as a Welder, as well as culinary leadership as a Chef at Richfield Truckstop. TJ holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Management and Supervision from Moraine Park Technical College and completed high school studies at Slinger High School.
