Laurence Baclin is an experienced educator and researcher in the field of engineering and electronics. Currently serving as the Coordinator of the Industrial Engineer in Electronics section and a Teacher at HELHa since January 2012, Laurence focuses on teaching telecommunications to engineering students. In addition, Laurence is an Invited Lecturer in Electrical Engineering at Louvain School of Management since September 2015, where the focus is on industrial technology for Business Engineering students. Previous experience includes roles as a Researcher at The University of British Columbia and as a Teacher of math and electrical engineering at Haute Ecole Roi Baudouin and the Communauté française. Laurence holds multiple degrees including a Master's in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering, a Master in Computer Vision, and a Certificat de pédagogie universitaire.
