Philippe Declercq

Philippe Declercq has extensive experience in the educational sector, serving at HELHa — Haute École Louvain en Hainaut since March 2012 as Directeur-Président, following roles as Directeur-président adjoint and Directeur-adjoint de la catégorie technique. Prior to this, Philippe worked as Chef de département and Maître assistant at the same institution from 1993 to 2009, and gained initial experience as Ingénieur d'affaires at RONVEAUX and in civil service at Mouvement international ATD Quart Monde and ATD Fourth World UK. Philippe holds a Master's degree in engineering with a focus on construction from HELHa and is currently pursuing a diploma in pedagogical skills and evaluation through IRAM.
