Karol Sourial

Karol Sourial is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at Helia since October 2021. Prior to this role, Karol held the position of Senior Legal Counsel at Pepper Money ANZ from June 2015 to October 2021. Previous experience includes roles as Legal Counsel at NSW Treasury Corporation (2014-2015), Medibank (2013-2014), Westpac as Legal Counsel for BT (2012-2013), and Perpetual Limited (2006-2011). Karol holds a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia, a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Sydney, and a Bachelor of Business (Accounting major) and Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Technology Sydney, along with an HSC from Rosebank College Five Dock.
