Leila Plameras has over 15 years of experience in risk management and customer service. At Helia since April 2008, Leila has advanced through multiple roles, including Risk and Compliance Manager, Senior IT Risk and Business Continuity Analyst, GRC Analyst, and Executive Assistant to the CIO. Prior to Helia, Leila served as Customer Service Team Lead at GNode Networks in 2007 and held the same position at Tel.Pacific from 2001 to December 2006.
