Bruce McTavish

Bruce McTavish has been in the agricultural industry for over 30 years. Bruce'scareer began in 1989 with BASF Canada, Agriculture, where they held various roles such as Regional Sales Manager, Marketing Product Manager, Manager of Special Agricultural Products, Account Manager, Product Manager, and Territory Sales Manager. In 2009, they moved to Viterra Canola Processing as Director of Sales & Marketing. In 2012, they became Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Pacific Coast Canola LLC, and in 2015 they were appointed Director of Sales at Canterra Seeds. Since 2016, Bruce has held the role of National Sales Manager at Stueve Canada Ltd. Most recently, in 2021, they took on the position of Western Canadian Manager at Heliae, a pioneering food and ag tech company located outside of Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, they are focused on researching and developing microalgae for commercial scale production of products and solutions that create world changing impacts.

Bruce McTavish completed a Diploma in Agriculture from the University of Manitoba between 1984 and 1986. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Business Administration from Red River College Polytechnic between 1979 and 1981.
