Shailen Radia

Shailen Radia is an experienced management accountant with a diverse background in finance. Currently serving as a Management Accountant at Helical plc since April 2013, Shailen handles a wide range of financial tasks within a small team, including daily transactions and group reporting. Prior to this, Shailen worked at Ladbrokes Coral as a Management Accountant covering maternity leave, managing the accounting for a portfolio of over 200 shops. Shailen's previous experience includes a role as Joint Venture Accountant at Land Securities, where financial accounting was conducted for six joint ventures, including significant properties such as the Oxford Street development and 20 Fenchurch Street. Additionally, Shailen served as a Rent Account Manager, overseeing over 6000 tenant demises across a substantial property portfolio. Shailen holds a CIMA degree from BPP University and a BSc in Mathematics with Business Management from Kingston University, complemented by A-levels in Maths, Accounting, and Psychology from Stanmore College.
