Mike Procissi, MBA, BSME, has over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry. Mike began their career in 1999 as a Product Engineer at Teleflex Automotive. In 2002, they took on the role of Application Engineer at Stabilus, and also began working at Dura Automotive Systems LLC as an Account Manager and System Engineer. In 2011, they joined Brown & Brown as an Employee Benefits Producer. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Business Development Manager at Plasan Carbon Composites. From 2018 to 2020, they served as the Director of Sales at Alcoa Fastening Systems & Rings. Currently, they are the North American Project & Sales Director at Helicoid Industries Inc. and a Sales Consultant at Motor City Sales Solutions.

Mike Procissi's education history consists of a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Central Michigan University, which they obtained between 1993 and 1998. Mike then went on to earn an MBA from Walsh College of Accountancy and Business Administration in Business Administration and Management, General between 2002 and 2005. Mike also completed a College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program at Chippewa Valley in 1989-1993.
