Kevin J. Russ, PgMP, PMP

Kevin J. Russ has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and positions. Kevin J. is currently serving as the Chairman & CEO of Helicore LLC since February 2020. Prior to this, they founded and served as the President of Laurelwood Consulting Group starting from August 2018. At Laurelwood Consulting Group, they provided industry expertise, education, and technical due diligence in the field of telecommunication technology.

Kevin also has experience as a Board Member at the New York State Wireless Association from November 2007 to December 2019. Kevin J. worked as the Tri-State Market/Program Director at Tilson Technology Management from April 2016 to August 2018, where they managed a team responsible for deploying micro cells in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware.

Before that, Kevin worked as a Program Manager - National Development at T-Mobile from September 2014 to April 2016 and as an Area Manager - Construction & Engineering at AT&T from December 2012 to June 2014. Kevin J. also served as a Senior Project Manager at Black & Veatch from February 2006 to December 2012, where they helped develop the Project Management Office and Quality Management System.

In their earlier career, Kevin worked as a Senior Project Manager at Wireless Edge from January 2002 to February 2006, where they managed site acquisition activities for wireless carriers in the New York City area. Kevin J. also has experience in building aerial tramways at various ski areas and rainforest trams internationally, as well as serving as the Assistant Grooming & Construction Director at Squaw Valley USA from October 1993 to April 1996.

Kevin J. Russ, PgMP, PMP obtained their construction education at the National Center for Construction Education and Research, where they completed their degree in Construction Site Safety Supervisor and Field Safety in 2006. Following this, in 2008 and 2009, Kevin pursued a Master Certification in Project Management at Villanova University. Kevin J. also holds additional certifications, including a Program Management Professional (PgMP) obtained from the Project Management Institute in January 2019 and a Project Management Professional (PMP) obtained in January 2007.
