Mark also served as the President and CEO of HeliFlite and played a crucial role in introducing affordable helicopter ownership to business and leisure travelers. Additionally, Mark has held leadership positions in various other aviation companies, including Dassault Falcon Jet and Valair Aviation. Mark has also provided advisory and consulting services to companies such as Rotorcraft Newco Inc. and Trinity Capital. Mark is known for their expertise in M&A advisory, financial restructuring, and operations improvement in the aerospace and aviation sectors.

Mark Ozenick completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the American University - Kogod School of Business, where they studied from 1974 to 1977. Mark later pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Marketing and Finance at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. The exact duration for this degree is unknown.
