Lucas Wilkens

Lucas Wilkens is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in finance and operations, currently serving as VP of Finance & Operations at Helio since February 2022. Lucas also contributes as a Member of the Board of Directors at FINCA Microfinance Bank Tanzania. Previously, Lucas held roles such as Global Director of Account Management at Wandera, where a unified cloud security solution was provided, and Regional Director for EMEA at Hearsay Systems, a SaaS platform for financial services. Additional experience includes leadership positions at BIMA in LATAM and Senegal, consultancy roles in the Middle East and Africa, and marketing management at TIM during the launch of Brazil's first GSM mobile operation. Lucas holds degrees from Saïd Business School, Grenoble Ecole de Management, and ESPM, as well as a Bachelor's degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul.
