Maria Pervez

Maria Pervez currently serves as a Research and Development Chemist at Helio Display Materials since December 2022. Prior to this role, Maria completed a PhD at the University of Birmingham, where contributions included positions as a PhD Researcher and Laboratory Demonstrator from April 2018 to December 2022. In 2020, participation in a Virtual Consultancy Challenge resulted in a "Runners-up" accolade. Maria held the position of Vice President at UBVR from July 2020 to September 2021 and worked as a Radio Presenter at FM 91.6 between October 2016 and September 2017, where hosting live broadcasts was a key responsibility. Experience also includes serving as a Research Associate and managing events at Allama Iqbal Open University from September 2016 to September 2017, along with private tutoring in Chemistry and Biology from August 2012 to August 2017. Maria's educational background includes a PhD from the University of Birmingham, an MPhil in Inorganic/Analytical Chemistry, and an MS in Inorganic Chemistry from Quaid-i-Azam University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of the Punjab.
