Victoria Flynn

Victoria Flynn has extensive experience in health information technology and patient experience roles. Currently serving as a HIT Digital Adoption Specialist at Helio Health, Inc. since October 2020, Victoria supports the help desk to resolve system issues and oversees the Digital Adoption Platform while identifying training needs. Previously, at St. Joseph's Hospital, Victoria worked as a Patient Experience Advisor and Report Developer, focusing on enhancing patient initiatives through data analysis and report optimization. Prior experience includes roles as a Credentialed Epic Trainer at Upstate Medical University and as a Medical Assistant at Parker's Center for Allergy and Sinus, alongside an internship at Hazen Center for Integrated Health. Victoria holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration from SUNY Brockport.
