Blake Kerr

Blake Kerr, CPA, ACI, currently serves as the Partner and Chief Financial Officer at Helio Risk and Insurance, specializing in Enterprise Risk and Captive Insurance Management since November 2022. In addition, Blake has been the Chief Executive Officer at ENDVR since September 2012, focusing on Public Accounting, strategic tax planning, and family CFO services. Prior experience includes roles as Accounting Controller at Waste Connections, Consultant at Gabbard & Company, and Auditing Officer at Kirkpatrick Bank. Blake began the career as a Premium Tax Accountant with the Oklahoma Insurance Department. Educational background includes dual Bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Finance from the University of Central Oklahoma and an initial year at the United States Air Force Academy.
