Murthy Ravikanti

Murthy Ravikanti has extensive experience in data engineering and data warehouse management. Murthy started their career in 1992 at CMC Ltd, where they worked as a Principal Engineer, involved in the design and development of a reporting project. Murthy then worked at Super Solutions Inc as a Principal Software Engineer, contributing to the analysis, design, and development phase of the CampaignOne campaign management data warehouse.

In 2000, Murthy joined AOL as a Systems Architect, where they managed offshore and on-site teams and facilitated collaboration between them. Murthy later moved to FannieMae as a Data Warehouse Architect (Contractor), providing architectural consulting and driving the development and implementation of ETL/BI processes. Murthy also set up and organized a new data warehouse operations team at FannieMae.

Murthy then worked at INgage Networks as a Datawarehouse Architect and at Online Resources as a Sr Technical Manager, focusing on data warehouse development. In 2012, they joined the University of Maryland University College as a Sr. Director of Datawarehouse, leading the team responsible for the architecture and design of UMUC's highly scalable data analytics/data warehouse. Murthy also developed the vision and implementation plan for transitioning to AWS Cloud.

Their most recent role was as the Vice President of Data Engineering at HelioCampus, a position they held from 2016 onwards.
