Owen Hall

Owen Hall is the current CEO at Heliocor. Prior to this, they were the Programme Director for Regulatory Compliance at Barclays Capital from September 2012 to April 2014. Owen was responsible for RESPONDING TO A REGULATORY DRIVEN 166Programme Manager Compliance Workflow as part of a $7b program dealing with the remediation of miss selling within the bank. Owen also managed an 18 month Programme to create a “Regulatory Driven” process to manage and control a complex business process spanning 800 users across 7 distinct business teams, including legal, compliance, financial as well as the regulators.

Before Barclays Capital, Owen was the CEO at Radius Holdings from December 2008 to May 2012; a leading Cloud Computing Consultancy focused on the use of cloud computing within financial services and capital markets. Owen provided advice on Cloud Strategy and management of the implement cloud computing within the fields of: data obviscation - to comply with regional data privacy requirements on the Cloud; CRM within the Investment banking market; Fixed income loan generation; and Syndicated loan generation. Clients included BNPP, CitiBank, Credit Suisse, Lloyds Bank, RBS and Statestreet.

Owen Hall studied Business Studies and Art & Design (2&3D) at Lancaster University and St Birinus Didcot.
