Amir Mirab

Amir Mirab, CPA has a diverse work experience in the field of accounting and auditing. Amir is currently employed as the Director of Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting at Heliogen since October 2022. Prior to this, Amir worked at EY from 2019 to 2022, where they held the positions of Assurance Senior Manager and Assurance Manager. At EY, they managed teams and provided financial statement assurance through integrated audits for private and public companies. Before joining EY, Amir worked at PKF Texas, where they served as an Audit Manager from 2018 to 2019 and as a Senior Audit Associate from 2013 to 2018. Additionally, they gained experience as an Audit Intern at PKF Texas in 2012, where they tested assertions, verified supporting documents, and communicated with various business professionals.

Amir Mirab, CPA holds a Master's Degree in Accounting from the University of Houston, which they obtained from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the same university from 2008 to 2012. Amir also obtained their CPA certification from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy in 2014.
