Joseph Savino Mpa

Joseph Savino, MPA, currently serves as the Network Performance Manager at Helion, a division of Highmark Health, where responsibility includes enhancing provider performance to improve member experiences and quality outcomes. Prior experience includes a leadership role as Director at the American Lung Association, overseeing tobacco control strategies, and working as a Health Promotion Specialist focusing on youth tobacco prevention. Joseph has also contributed as Head Coach at Harvest Lacrosse, dedicated to fostering student-athlete growth, and held various positions in health and public works, including internships at the Chemung County Health Department and Guthrie Health. Joseph holds a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Health Care Administration from SUNY Brockport and a BS in Community Health from the State University of New York Cortland.
