Michael Ellis

Michael Ellis has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Michael is currently the Director of Strategic Business Operations at Helion since June 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Manager of Strategic Portfolio Development & Operations at the same company from October 2021 to June 2022. Before joining Helion, Michael worked at Highmark Inc. starting in 2014. Michael served as Manager of Government Business Operations from September 2018 to September 2020, and as a Strategy Consultant from February 2016 to September 2018. Additionally, they worked as a Sr Business Technical Analyst from April 2014 to February 2016. Prior to their time at Highmark, Michael worked as a Business Analyst at Celerity from January 2013 to April 2014. Michael started their career at Ellis Consulting Services, where they held the roles of Project Analyst from May 2010 to December 2012 and Project Associate from June 2006 to May 2010.

Michael Ellis holds a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Duquesne University. Michael also earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Washington & Jefferson College. Additionally, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification in April 2015.
