Rikke Blix Hagemann

Rikke Blix Hagemann is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership, customer experience, and business development. Currently serving as CEO and Partner at Helion B2B since October 2021, Rikke previously held significant roles at Google from May 2016 to October 2021, including Head of Customer Experience & Apps for Northern Europe. Rikke's career also includes positions as Industry Manager in Finance, Senior Account Executive, and Mentor & Coach at blackbox.vc, in addition to co-founding Hoosh Technology SA. With prior experience at SimCorp as Vice President for Managed Services and extensive expertise in project management, Rikke has a strong educational background, holding an EMBA from USI Università della Svizzera italiana and a Master's degree in Communication from Aalborg University.
