Savanna Thompson has extensive experience in human resources and recruiting. Savanna currently holds the position of VP People & Workplace Operations at Helion, where they support various teams and helps build fusion generators. Prior to Helion, they served as VP People at 98point6 Inc., a company that offers affordable and accessible primary care. Savanna also held the position of Director of Talent at 98point6 Inc. and worked as the Director of Recruiting & Human Resources at Code Fellows, a coding academy. Additionally, Savanna worked as a recruiter at Porch, a home network platform, and as a technical recruiter at TEKsystems. Savanna started their career as a manager at Nordstrom.
