Jagesh Shah, CPA, is the founder and managing director of Helios Consulting, Inc., with over 25 years of experience in valuation and financial advisory services across various industries. Since January 2020, Jagesh has led Helios Consulting, Inc. Prior experience includes serving as Director and West Region Practice Leader for Valuation Services at RSM US LLP from August 2012 to December 2019 and as a Director at Duff & Phelps from September 2005 to August 2012, where Jagesh directed valuation studies for diverse purposes. Jagesh also held positions as Vice President at Standard & Poor's Corporate Value Consulting from September 2001 to September 2005, and as Senior Associate in Valuation Services at PwC from September 1997 to September 2001. Jagesh began a career in research at DACCO from 1995 to 1996 and holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from California State University, Fullerton.
