Dan Arndt, HRIP, CCP, GRP

Dan Arndt has over 20 years of work experience in various HR roles. Dan currently works as a Principal Workday Consultant at Helios Consulting Inc. Prior to this, they worked at Thomson Reuters as a Senior Manager, HR Digital Innovation for 8 years. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring the design and implementation of compensation operations and systems globally. Before Thomson Reuters, Dan worked at Imation Corp as a Global HR Technology/Compensation Manager for 11 years. In this role, they were responsible for the development and administration of compensation programs and the implementation of HR systems. Dan began their career at HealthPartners as a Senior HRIS Analyst, where they focused on the development and maintenance of HRIS systems.

Dan Arndt has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in IT Management from Concordia University-St. Paul. In addition to their degree, they have obtained multiple certifications. These certifications include Workday Pro Compensation from Workday in February 2020, Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) from World at Work in November 2011, and Human Resource Information Professional (HRIP) from IHRIM (International Association for Human Resource Information Management) in December 2009.
