Rick Carrillo

Rick Carrillo is a seasoned professional in the real estate investment sector with extensive experience in net lease investment sales. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Helios Investment Services since January 2024 and an Associate at CBRE since June 2021, Rick previously held the role of Associate in the National Net Lease Group at SRS Real Estate Partners from January 2022 to January 2024, where over $200 million in net lease transactions were underwritten and fulfilled. Prior roles include CRE Finance Analyst at Zimmerman Group, Inc. and Executive Regional Account Manager at Peak Hydrate. Rick's career began as an Investment Banking Analyst at Lancaster Pollard. Rick holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and two minors in Business Administration and Global Public Health from the University of Arizona.
