Ben Chant

Ben Chant is the Head of School at Helios School, utilizing extensive experience in educational leadership and school administration. Previously, they served as Head of School at Poughkeepsie Day School, where they implemented strategic initiatives to enhance community engagement and manage enrollment challenges. With a robust background in teaching and administration at institutions like Friends Seminary and Berkeley Carroll School, Ben is well-versed in curriculum development, faculty evaluation, and budgeting. Ben holds an Ed.M. in Private School Leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from University College London.
