Frankie J. Costa

Frankie J. Costa, Jr. has a diverse and extensive work experience, starting in 2014 at Dropbox. Frankie J. held multiple roles at Dropbox, including Solutions Architecture & Product role for the East Coast and Central US, Interim Co-Head of International Channel, and they participated in the Dropbox Rotation Program. In 2017, they worked as a Summer Senior Associate at Bridgewater Associates, where they reported to Nir Bar Dea (current CEO) and the Head of the "Ray Team." In 2018, Frankie worked as a Summer Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates. Afterwards, in 2019, they joined Ro, where they led strategic initiatives for the executive team and reported directly to the General Counsel and C-suite. In 2020, Frankie took on positions as Chief Executive Officer at Helios Service Partners and Operating Executive at both Alpine Investors and Orion Group.

Frankie J. Costa, Jr. holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Harvard Business School. Frankie J. also obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Yale Law School. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Ethics, Politics, and Economics from Yale University. In 2010, they received a diploma from Shady Side Senior School. In addition to their academic achievements, Frankie J. Costa, Jr. has obtained certifications as an attorney from the New York State Supreme Court and the Vermont Bar Association in 2022 and 2021, respectively.
