Julia Ferry has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Julia is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Director at Helios Service Partners. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Recruiter at Agility Recovery, where they handled talent strategies, new hire pre-boarding, and key talent acquisition projects. Julia also has experience at Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning as a Senior Sales Talent Acquisition Partner and Recruiting Specialist, where they collaborated with hiring managers, developed sourcing pools, and created talent pipelines. Julia previously worked at Savannah College of Art and Design as a Staff Recruitment Manager and Staff Recruiter, leading the recruitment process and implementing recruitment innovations. Julia Ferry earned a Bachelor's degree in BSBA from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania in 2003. In 2012, they completed their Graduate degree in MBA from the University of Phoenix.
