Jeremy Sprague

Jeremy Sprague currently serves as Vice President of Finance for the Americas and APAC at Helios Technologies, Inc., a position held since April 2025. Prior to this role, Jeremy held the title of Senior Director of FP&A at Environmental Solutions Group from August 2022 to March 2025 and was involved in FP&A Operations Finance at Carrier Corporation between August 2016 and July 2022. With extensive experience in finance leadership, Jeremy also served as Finance Director at Direct Energy, Operations Finance FP&A Leader at UTC Climate, Controls & Security, and held various finance management roles at GE Security, IDEX Corporation, GE Capital, GE Energy Management, and Siemens. Jeremy's academic credentials include a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from UCF College of Business.
