Sean Bagan

Sean Bagan has a strong financial background with a diverse work history. Sean started at the Office of the Legislative Auditor as an intern before moving on to auditing and business advisory roles at Arthur Andersen, LLP. Sean then transitioned to various roles at Polaris Inc., culminating in the position of Vice President, Finance - Business Unit CFO for International & Shared Services. Sean also served as the Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer at Transamerican Auto Parts Co. Currently, they are the EVP & Chief Financial Officer at Helios Technologies, Inc.

Sean Bagan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Management from Saint John's University, earned between 1994 and 1998. In 2007 to 2008, they obtained a General Management Certificate from the University of Cambridge's Judge Business School. Sean also has an inactive CPA certification from the Minnesota Board of Accountancy.
