Amelye Nyembe-Kariuki

Amelye Nyembe-Kariuki is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resource management. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Helios Towers since July 2022, Amelye also holds the position of CHR at Nokia Networks and has been with Total since June 2010, where leadership roles include Head of HR, Admin & Talent Development, and Head of HR & Admin. Prior experience includes the role of HR Manager at Ernst & Young Tanzania from August 2006 to June 2010. Amelye possesses a Post Graduate degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Cape Town, a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Corporate Management from Mzumbe University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from the University of Cape Town.
