Djienaba Fall

Djienaba Fall currently serves as the Head of People at Helios Towers, where responsibilities include driving the People Strategy and leading organizational transformation projects aligned with business growth. Previously, Djienaba led People Operations at Wave Mobile Money across multiple African markets, enhancing company culture and developing performance tracking systems. Experience also includes overseeing HR functions in varied roles, from manager of operations and people engagement at Integrated Packaging Systems FZCO to project leadership at Data Base Factory. Djienaba’s educational background includes a Master's degree in Management with a focus on Human Resources from IFAG Toulouse and a Bachelor’s degree in Management Marketing.
