Félix Poyo

Félix Poyo is an experienced telecommunications professional with a strong background in network operations. At Helios Towers, Félix has held multiple roles since June 2011, including NOC Reporting Manager, NOC Incident Manager, and NOC Supervisor, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of network management and incident resolution. Prior experience includes serving as NOC Engineer at Airtel RDC from February 2009 to May 2011 and working as an Intelligent Network Engineer at Tigo RDC for a brief period in 2008. Félix holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Kinshasa, earned between September 1999 and July 2007.
