Calvin Gin

Calvin Gin is an experienced business leader with a strong background in finance and operations. Currently serving as President of Luby’s Restaurant Corporation, Calvin oversees the delivery of homestyle comfort food. As the Founder of WorkPlate, Calvin promotes a philosophy centered on human potential and progress. Co-founding Helios Visions, Calvin focuses on leveraging high-grade aerial data for improved business decision-making, while also contributing to Torch as a member of the Board of Advisors, enhancing logistics efficiency through advanced technology. Previously, Calvin held CFO positions at Round The Table Hospitality, Blue Plate Catering, and Applause Food Services, Inc., along with co-founding Tru Accounting Solutions, Inc., and Everyday Eats, LLC. Calvin's early career includes serving as Vice President of the Starbucks Business Unit at Flying Food Group. Calvin earned a BS in Accounting from DePaul University.
