Currently serving as a Legal and Business Affairs Executive at HELIUM® since March 2023, Kate previously held the position of Head of Legal and Business Affairs at Flying Bark Productions from October 2021 to March 2023. Kate's career also includes significant roles as Legal Counsel and Business Affairs for content production, commissioning, and distribution at Seven Network, as well as positions at Flying Bark Productions and Creative|Legal. Kate began the legal journey with a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from The College of Law Australia and holds a dual degree in Law and Creative Arts from the University of Wollongong, with a focus on Intellectual Property Law.
