Swati Bagade is currently serving as Manager- Talent Acquisition at Helius Technologies since September 2020. Previously, Swati held the position of Manager - Recruitment Services at TeamLease Services Limited from November 2017 to September 2020. Swati also worked as a Business Manager at Evolve Technologies & Services Pvt Ltd from April 2015 to October 2017. In addition, Swati has experience as a Senior IT Recruiter at Evolve Technologies and Services (P) LTD. Swati started their career as an HR Consultant at MSA Consultancy from August 2010 to July 2012. Swati holds a Bachelor's degree in Zoology/Animal Biology from Pune University and is currently pursuing an MBA in HR from the same university.
