John Mclean

John McLean has been a Non-Executive Director at Helix since 1999, supporting the company's strategic and commercial direction. He also co-founded Integral Powertrain and Intrinsys in the same year and played a key role in their growth and success. Prior to his current role, he served as Chief Engineer at Cosworth Technology, where he was instrumental in building the new Powertrain Controls function. John previously worked at Ford as a Senior Engineer, focusing on powertrain controls application and strategy development. He holds a BSc and BEng (Hons) in Manufacturing Sciences and Engineering from the University of Strathclyde.
