Jim Lynch

Jim Lynch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the employee benefits industry. As the Founder and Managing Partner of Helix Benefit Solutions since April 2025, Jim leads innovative solutions in benefit management. Previously, Jim served as the Chief Sales Officer at WageWorks from September 2010 to September 2019, following the acquisition of Planned Benefit Systems Inc, where Jim was the Owner and President from January 1987 to September 2010. Planned Benefit Systems was recognized for providing consumer-directed benefits and COBRA administration to a diverse clientele, including small businesses and Fortune 500 companies. Jim holds a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist designation from The Wharton School and has an educational background from the University of Colorado Boulder.
