The Project and Operations Management team at BioTrack oversees the planning, execution, and optimization of projects and operational workflows to ensure seamless integration and functionality of BioTrack's seed-to-sale tracking software. This team ensures compliance with regulatory standards while enhancing efficiency and productivity across global operations. Members include the Program Manager, who coordinates project timelines and deliverables; the Operations Project Manager, who handles day-to-day operational tasks and problem-solving; the Business & Integration Leader, who manages collaborations and integration between BioTrack and Alleaves; and the Chief of Staff to the COO, who supports executive operations and strategic initiatives.
