Rick Kushel

Rick Kushel is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at FINTOP Capital, where Rick has been since March 2019. In addition to this role, Rick serves as a Board Member for several organizations, including Helix by HL, VRGL, Hazeltree, pulsESG, Inc., Snappy Kraken, and DecuSoft, contributing expertise in various domains such as treasury solutions, compliance management, and executive compensation software. Rick's prior experience includes serving as CEO, Advisor, and Board Member at DealCloud until its acquisition by Intapp in December 2023, as well as a Board Observer for GAN Integrity, which offers compliance management solutions. Rick holds a BS in Chemistry and Business from James Madison University, earned between 1984 and 1988.
