Nicole Nugent Cobleigh

Nicole Nugent Cobleigh is a seasoned planning professional with extensive experience in environmental and urban planning. Currently serving as Principal Planner at HELIX Environmental Planning, Inc. since October 2025, Nicole has previously held senior positions including Senior Project Manager at Dudek for a decade, and at CDM Smith, where Nicole worked as both Senior Project Manager and Principal Planner. Early in the career, Nicole served as a Senior Project Manager at Impact Sciences, Inc., and as an Environmental Planner at CDM Smith. Nicole began as an Environmental Analyst at Douglas Wood & Associates, Inc. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Environmental Studies from UCLA and a Master of City and Regional Planning from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
