Shawn Carroll

Shawn Carroll is a seasoned biologist with extensive experience in environmental planning and wildlife biology. Currently serving as a Biologist at HELIX Environmental Planning, Inc. since February 2022, Carroll has previously held roles as Associate Biologist and Wildlife Biologist at WRA, Inc. from December 2013 to February 2022. Additional experience includes positions at HDR and the Tohono O'odham Nation, as well as earlier roles as a Biologist at E2M and the Rocky Mountain Bird Observatory. Early career highlights include work as a Burrowing Owl Consultant and a Field Biologist for the U.S. Geological Survey. Shawn Carroll holds a Bachelor’s degree in Conservation Biology from Arizona State University, earned between 2004 and 2006.
