Vadim Kopitsa

Vadim Kopitsa is a QA Automation Engineer with a strong background in quality assurance and automation testing. Currently employed at Helix FZCO since May 2024, Vadim has previously worked at XO, where Vadim built two test automation projects that significantly reduced testing time by 80%. Prior experience includes a role as Fullstack QA Engineer at FYVE & HyperFlex, where Vadim established testing processes that improved defect management and accelerated feature releases by threefold. At Sberbank, Vadim progressed from QA Engineer to Lead QA, contributing to critical projects such as SberOnline and SberBusiness. Vadim holds a Master of Engineering in Oceanography from the Russian State Hydrometeorological University.
