Pradeep Nagaraju

Pradeep Nagaraju has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies and roles. Pradeep started their career as a Software Engineer at HSBC, where they worked on developing applications using IBM Mainframes and HP Exstream Dialogue. Pradeep then progressed to become a Technical Lead, taking on additional responsibilities such as mentoring, coordinating with onsite teams, and ensuring timely project deliveries. Pradeep was also involved in setting up a new team in China.

After working at HSBC, Pradeep joined Financial Engines as a Scrum Master. Here, they worked as a Technical Lead in the Enterprise Content Management area, focusing on managing retirement accounts and providing investment advice to customers.

Pradeep then moved on to IBM, where they held the positions of Managing Consultant and Project Manager. As a Project Manager, they successfully managed various projects involving system migrations, upgrades, and client engagements. Pradeep also gained experience in implementing on-premise and cloud services.

Following their tenure at IBM, Pradeep worked at Konak Foods Private Limited as the Managing Director, overseeing the company's operations.

Pradeep later joined Wipro Digital as a Senior Project Manager, leading projects and ensuring their successful completion.

Most recently, Pradeep worked as a Senior Engineering Manager at Lowe's India, where they played a key role in managing engineering teams.

Currently, Pradeep is serving as the Executive Project Manager at HELIX International, where they provide IT consulting and services, specializing in data migration projects.

Throughout their career, Pradeep has demonstrated strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a track record of delivering complex projects.

Pradeep Nagaraju completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication from Visveshwariah Technological University, Karnataka, from 2001 to 2005.
