David Schrager

David Schrager is an experienced attorney who has worked in the music, entertainment, IP, advertising, marketing, agency, media, and technology law fields. David is currently serving as the General Counsel & SVP, Business & Legal Affairs at Helix Records and has previously held similar roles at Ultra Records and The FADER. In addition to their work in the industry, David also founded Halftooth Records, LLC and has their own independent law practice. David holds a JD from Fordham University School of Law and a BA in Media and Cultural Studies from The New School.
