Nicholas Vergunst is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in electrical engineering and software development. Serving as the Director of Field Applications and Systems Engineering at Helix Semiconductors since December 2020, Nicholas leads strategic engineering initiatives and fosters innovation through the development of custom semiconductor components. As the owner of Vergunst Engineering, Nicholas provides consultancy services in consumer and industrial electronics, specializing in PCB design and mechanical design. Additionally, Nicholas owns New Prius Batteries, LLC, focusing on aftermarket hybrid vehicle battery solutions, and operates Fusion Control Centre, which specializes in home automation and robotics. With experience as a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer at Linear Technology, Nicholas excels in project leadership and agile development, while previous roles include digital design and electrical engineering.
