Neville Weston

Neville Weston is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global distribution and product development, currently serving as the Head of Global Distribution and Product Development at Sompo International since September 2021. As a Co-Founder, Chairman, and Non-Executive Director at Helix Underwriting Partners Ltd. since December 2018 and a former Vice Chairman at Aon Reinsurance Bermuda from October 2019 to September 2021, Neville has demonstrated leadership in various roles within the insurance and reinsurance sectors. Prior experience includes a partnership at Aeolus Capital Management from December 2009 to September 2019 and a tenure as Managing Director and Senior Vice President at Guy Carpenter from June 2005 to November 2009. Neville holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Bournemouth University, earned between 1991 and 1995.
