Bianca Lin

Bianca Lin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy and operations, currently serving as the Head of Strategy at Helix since May 2021. Prior roles at Helix include Associate Director of Strategy & Business Operations and Senior Manager of Commercial Operations. Bianca's previous experience includes serving as Chief of Staff at Bedrock Ocean Exploration and various positions at Helix from March 2017 to October 2020, including Senior Manager of Finance & Strategy. Earlier in the career, Bianca worked as a Life Sciences Senior Consultant and Consultant at Navigant, a firm specializing in healthcare and life sciences consulting. Bianca holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Neuroscience and History from the University of Pennsylvania and received education from Wellesley College and Phillips Exeter Academy.
